Apple Watch Series 2 to be available in India from October 7 starting ₹32,900
Apple unveiled its second-generation smartwatch today at its annual mobile hardware event, and it is unsurprisingly called the Apple Watch 2. The device is very similar to its predecessor: it’s got a square, customizable watch face mostly for telling the time and displaying notifications; a single-day battery life; and a funky watch dial Apple calls the digital crown for scrolling and zooming. The biggest change, however, is a new water-resistant shell, which makes the watch swim-proof, according to Apple. The watch will run onWatchOS 3. Alongside this, there is Apple Watch Nike+ partnership with Nike. It is said to be a perfect running partner, and even asking Siri to start tracking is enough to start the run and its tracking.
Apple Watch Series 2 will be available in Gld, Rose Gold, Silver or Aluminium, or Silver or Space Black Stainless Steel cases paired with a wide variety of bands starting at Rs. 32,900 and the new ceramic Apple Watch Edition starts at Rs. 1,10,900. The Apple Watch Nike+ also starts at Rs. 32,900. It will be available in India starting October 7th.
