ChampOne C1 with Fingerprint Sensor to be Available for ₹501

The Indian market today is filled with affordable smartphones. When we say affordable, it usually means the 3K-10K segment. But, that seems to be rapidly changing with companies offering products for as low as ₹251! A few months back, we saw Ringing Bells coming up with Freedom 251, the phone made lots of headlines as well as raising eyebrows. The device is still not even close to reality. A few units have been shipped, but for now that’s it. A sustainable future is highly unlikely.

And now after all this, we have yet another smartphone which is priced at just Rs. 501. It’s the ChampOne C1. (Why can’t these companies keep convincing names, eh?)

ChampOne Communications is the company behind it, which is a certified company with MCA India. This is the first-ever smartphone by the company for it’s ‘Made in India’ campaign.

The phone has a 5-inch HD display with the HD resolution (1280 x 720 pixels), MT6735 Quad-core (1.3GHz) processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage. A 2500 mAh battery is included and there is support for quick charging as well. It is a Dual SIM phone and the device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop OS. A fingerprint scanner is also included. The regular price of the device will be ₹8000, so it is only the first flash sale when the price of Rs. 501 will be there.

If you are still interested in the sale, visit www.champ1india.com and register for the sale, which is going to happen on September 2nd, 2016.
