Galaxy S8 rumour mill continue with two variants, Viv assistant and more

While we are still a few months away from the official Galaxy S8 unveiling, the speculations around it aren’t stopping anytime soon. Galaxy S8 has a lot riding on it, especially after all the mess Note 7 is leaving behind.

According to a report in China, Galaxy S8 will come in two variants. One 5.1-inch screen with QHD resolution and second with a 5.5-inch 4K display. As Google is keeping mum about Google Assistant’s reach to other manufacturers, Samsung wants to hit back with Viv assistant (The company behind it was recently acquired by Samsung and it was founded by Siri creators), which of course will replace horrible S-voice.

Other details include a dual rear camera, no home button, and 10nm based Snapdragon 830 or Exynos 8895 processor.

Samsung really needs to hit this one out of park and if the early indications are true, Galaxy S8 might just be the medicine for Note 7 headache.
