LeEco spices up the sub 25k segment with Le Max 2 launch
Today at an event in Delhi, Chienese smartphone maker LeEco expanded their smartphone portfolio with 2 smartphone launch, Le 2 and Le Max 2. While Le 2 is more of a mid ranger on paper, Le Max 2 handles the job of flagship runner.

Le Max 2 is the successor of Le Max that was launched at a price of ₹32,999 in India. It consists 5.7″ QHD display with 2560 x 1440 resolution. Under the hood it runs the top of the line Snapdragon 820 processor with Adreno 530 GPU. The device come with two storage and RAM options. One with 32 GB ROM and 4 GB of RAM and other one briefs up the specs at 64 GB of storage and a whooping 6 GB RAM.
The photography is handled by 21MP rear camera and 8MP selfie shooter. It is powered by 3100mAh battery and comes with Quick charge 3.0 technology for fast charging.
Le Max 2 skips the regular 3.5 mm jack and uses the USB Type C port for connecting headphones. The company came with a new technology called CDLA (Continual Digital Lossless Audio) that brings uncompressed audio, unlike normal analog audio. The device comes with the Android Marshmallow 6.0 with own EUI on top.
Le Max 2 carries the price tag of ₹22,999 for 4 GB variant and ₹29,990 for 6 GB version. Both the devices will be sold exclusively on LeMall and Flipkart. The registration starts from June 20. LeEco also offers one year of premium membership of Supertainment worth ₹4,900 with both Le 2 and Le Max 2.
