Nokia 8 with flagship specs reportedly launching on 16 August
After debuting the Android world with a trio of mid- rangers, HMD is reportedly ready to take the battle at the flagship level with Nokia 8. The company send out media invites for an event in London on 16 August.
Nokia 8 is expected to pack a 5.3-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM, 64 storage, fingerprint scanner and usual tricks for a premium smartphone. We will find more about that on coming days as we near the official launch event.
On the camera front, HMD has partnered with Carl Zeiss and the Nokia 8 will come with the first 13MP dual-rear camera setup coupled with Carl Zeiss optics. Can the duo take us to the same glorious days of Nokia’s photography capabilities? Only time will tell.
The rumored colors include Blue, Gold and Silver options. What are your expectations from Nokia’s first Android flagship? Are planning to pick one in future? Sound off in comments section below.
