Samsung is asking users to beta test Samsung Pay in India

Update: The app is now available for bets testers using eligible devices. Both Citibank and American Express support is coming soon, confirms Samsung. 

For the last few weeks, Samsung has been dropping hints about possible Samsung Pay launch in India. And now the company is asking eligible users to sign up for an early access to the payment service.

The supported devices include Galaxy S7, S7 Edge, Note 5, S6 Edge+, Galaxy A5 (2016), and Galaxy A7(2016). And as of now, the debit and credit cards powered by MasterCard and Visa from ICICI, HDFC, Axis, SBI, Standard Chartered banks are on board with Samsung Pay. Citibank’s compatibility is coming soon in near future.

One can sign up for the service via this link and the process will be followed by the confirmation email from Samsung. The company is still keeping mum about possible date launch but it should arrive on your beloved Samsung device by the end of this month.
