Samsung Galaxy J7+ specs leaked, sporting a dual rear camera setup
Last week, Samsung launched its first smartphone featuring a dual rear camera setup—Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Apparently, the South-Korean tech giant is planning to continue this trend with its upcoming smartphones as well. A few days back, Samsung was reportedly teasing the launch of another dual rear camera smartphone, the Galaxy J7+, in Thailand. The phone that has a design similar to the Galaxy J7 has been detailed by ThaiMobileCenter.
Samsung Galaxy J7+ is expected to come with specifications such as full-metal body and 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) Super AMOLED display. The smartphone could come with an Octa-core 2.4GHz chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage with microSD support (up to 256GB). It is expected to ship with 3,000 mAh battery and run Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box with its own Bixby smart assistant on board along with a dedicated Bixby button. The smartphone is also purported to have a metal unibody design similar to the Galaxy J7 (2017).

In terms of camera specs, J7+ is expected to pack in dual rear cameras with 13MP f/1.7 and 5MP f/1.9 second sensor. There would also be a 16MP selfie camera on the front. However, it is not clear what type of autofocus would the smartphone feature of if optical image stabilization would be included.
The dual camera would be capable of the company’s new “Live Focus” portrait mode, similar to the Galaxy Note 8. Galaxy J7+ would be the successor to the popular J7 phone and could sport the new “ISOCELL” dual image sensors, a Thailand-based website “ThaiMobileCenter” reported.
Samsung is expected to launch J7+ smartphone in black, pink, and gold colors. The handset is expected to debut in Thailand soon.
