Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime to launch in India for Rs 19,400
There is no doubt that, Samsung’s J series is a huge success in India. Strong offline distribution and marketing strategy have always been strong foot-hold for J series. But what it lacks is a good spec sheet compared to its Chinese counterparts. With the upcoming launch of Galaxy J7 Prime, the tech giant aims to reverse that trend.
According to phoneradar, Samsung is all set to launch Galaxy J7 Prime in India which was previously announced in Vietnam two weeks ago. J7 Prime boasts 5.5 inch full HD display with 1920×1080 resolution. It is powered by the latest 1.6 GHz Exynos 7870 octa-core processor built on 14nm finFET process. Other specs include 3GB of RAM, 32GB on board storage with micro-SD card slot, 13MP rear camera, 8MP front shooter, fingerprint scanner, 3300 mAh battery, usual connectivity options and Android Marshmallow out of box.
Frankly, this is a strong spec sheet for a J series smartphone and if the phone indeed comes with a rumoured price tag of Rs 19,400 then it will be a solid option for budget buyers.
