Samsung Galaxy S8+ spec sheet leaked, indicates the launch date of April 21st
The Mobile World Congress is just around the corner and although the Galaxy S8 won’t be making a debut at the show, the full spec sheet leaked on Twitter by evleaks.
Well, we already know major details about the upcoming Galaxy S-series, the latest entry by evleaks adds remaining pieces to the puzzle. Let’s jump to it.
The Galaxy S8 will come with another variant called Galaxy S8+. While the former will sport 5.8-inch curved display, the bigger brother gets a 6.2-inch panel. Both, of course, using Samsung’s AMOLED tech. The rest of the details are identical to Galaxy Note 7. It includes a 12MP rear camera, 8MP selfie shooter, Iris scanner, IP-68 certification, 4GB RAM, 64GB base memory with expandable storage and Earphones tuned by AKG (Which is a reputable German company, specialized in earphones).
There are fewer changes compared to previous Galaxy Flagship, mostly visual. The fingerprint scanner in now on back sitting beside the back camera. The capacitive buttons are replaced by software ones.
Samsung wanted to reveal more details about Galaxy S8 launch on Feb 26, but the new rumor suggests a worldwide availability starting from 21 April.
