Samsung India wants Note 7 consumers to stick in ‘Galaxy’ world with this freebies

Galaxy Note 7 is no more. It’s done and dusted. Samsung has already made an announcement to end the production and issue a refund or exchange it for another Galaxy flagship to Note 7 buyers. But, what about those who pre-ordered it in India, where it never got an official launch. Till date, Samsung India was keeping tight lips about the whole issue but today they have revealed some offers for Note 7 enthusiastics which should please them.

Samsung India is offering Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge (Both still are the best Android device in India) and some freebies. The list includes Gear VR, Samsung Level U stereo Wireless headset, Oculus VR content worth $50 and one-time free screen replacement for 12 months absolutely free. Well, that’s much more than $100 coupon that the Korean giant is offering in other countries.

India is world’s 2nd largest smartphone market and Samsung is already leading it with 25% market share. With immersive pressure from Chinese OEMs, the company just can’t afford to lose more consumers to others, especially after Galaxy Note 7 fiasco. We are glad that Samsung is trying it’s best to retain loyal customers in India.

Did you pre-ordered Note 7 in India? Are you going for the full refund or this Galaxy offers? Sound off in comments.
