Samsung releases Nougat 7.0 to Galaxy S7/S7 Edge, other devices to follow soon

After a couple months of beta testing, Samsung finally pushed Nougat 7.0 to all unlocked Galaxy S7/S7 Edge users. The company has gone through 5 beta versions before the official release, so expect a sweet taste of Nougat on your beloved Galaxy. If you are on a carrier, be ready for some delay. AT&T already announced to publish it before March 2017.

Apart from that, Samsung released the list of devices getting Nougat update in 2017. The list includes Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge, Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy A3, Galaxy A8, Galaxy Tab S2, and Galaxy Tab A. Nougat will land on above smartphones sometime in the 1st half of 2017.

Other Galaxies from A series (A5, A7, A9), C series (C7 Pro, C5, C7) and J series (J7, J5, J5 Prime, J7 Prime) will get latest Android in Q3/Q4 2017.
