Sony’s first bezel-less phone leaked in the wild
While every Android manufacture has adopted to new growing trend of bezel-less design, one name has surprisingly refused to integrate it. Yes Sony, once a leading OEM in terms of design, is trailing in the style department to its rivals. And according to a recent leak, their 2018 flagship Xperia XZ2 might change that.
The leaked render shows a near bezel-less design on sides and bottom while the front has a small bezel to house the necessary sensors and front camera. The fingerprint might land in the side power button. There is even a dedicated camera button too. Nice touch Sony.
The rumored specs sheet include a 5.5-inch full HD display, a Snapdragon 845 processor, IP68 ration, a 3150 mAh battery with Quick Charge support and Android Oreo 8.1 out of box.
The leaked render puts Sony right with the biggies like Samsung and Apple in design, but it will need more reasons to please the general consumers to win over. Is the Xperia XZ2 Premium has enough charm to please the audience? With that specs sheet, I guess not. What about you?
