Vivo V5 Plus with dual selfie camera to go official in India on 23rd of January
Looking at Vivo’s strategy to crack Indian market, one can see that the company is pushing heavily in two departments. First advertising and other is selfie camera capabilities.
The Chinese manufacture announced Vivo V5 back in November with a whopping 20MP camera. Vivo promised to bring its big brother to the Indian market with more capabilities to front facing camera.
Today, Vivo officially set the launch date for V5 Plus on January 23rd. The company taunts it as ‘The Biggest Selfie Camera Revolution’. The dual selfie cameras are rumored at 20MP+8MP combo.
Back in November 2016, Vivo announced X9 and X9 Plus with same camera set-up. So, we wouldn’t be surprised if the V5 Plus packs same specs as its Chinese variant X9 Plus. Let’s rewind it.
The X9 Plus packs 5.88-inch Full HD display, 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM, Snapdragon 653 octa-core processor, a fingerprint scanner, 4000 mAh battery, 16MP rear camera and of course 20MP+8MP front camera combo. Do visit us again for more details on January 23rd.
