Xiaomi Redmi 4 off to a flying start in India

Xiaomi is just unstoppable in India. The company’s Redmi series is delivering blockbuster results in the country. Today, the Chinese company announced yet another milestone. The Redmi 4 smartphone completed 1 Million sales mark in just 30 days of launch.

Xiaomi was able to move a quarter of million devices in the 8 minutes of first sale alone. Comparatively, the company’s previous hit item Redmi Note 4 took 45 days to manage the 1 Million number.

The Redmi 4 starts at ₹7,000 (2GB+16GB) and goes up to ₹11,000 (4GB+64GB) for highly biffed up specs sheet.
