ZTE Nubia brings its flagship to India
Welcome to the party!
Nubia, the sub brand of ZTE brought their beautiful flagship, the Z11 to India, at a launch event in New Delhi today.
The Z11 will be sold exclusively on Amazon for a price of INR 29,999. This seems to be aptly priced (considering the competition viz. OnePlus 3) and for that price you get a Snapdragon 820 with 6GB Ram and 64GB storage. The cameras are at 16MP and 8MP and the battery is rated at 3000mAh. Perhaps the most interesting part of this device are its bezels, or the lack thereof. A 5.5″ FHD display with no bezels to the side and support for gestures using its propitiatory Frame interactive Technology 2.0.
Also announced, was the Nubia N1 which is a much more affordable device at 11,999. You get a Helio P10 processor and 3GB Ram. 13 MP dront and rear cameras, 64GB of storage. The display is 5.5″ with a 1080p resolution. The star of the show is the 5,000 mAh battery which is 24% bigger than the current king of this segment, the RedMi Note 3. Both the phones are made of premium metal and have fingerprint scanners.
Both phones are priced very well for the hardware. If they can deliver on the software and the service, then they have a bright future.
