Galaxy C9 spotted at Geekbench with 6GB of RAM

Well, this was inevitable, it was only about time for Samsung to jump on 6GB of RAM train. Galaxy C9 recently paid a visit at Geekbench and revealed some interesting features about Samsung’s upcoming mid-range Galaxy.

According to benchmark results, the Galaxy C9 is expected to bring a 6-inch display, Snapdragon 652 processor, 6GB of RAM and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow out of the box. So, if the device actually sees the light of day, it will be first ever Galaxy to pack 6GB RAM, more than Samsung’s current flagships like Galaxy S7 and Note 7.

If you remember, Galaxy Note 7 was previously reported to spot 6GB RAM in China but only ended up with 4GB RAM like other markets. The company is already beaten up by Chinese rivals in world’s 2nd biggest smartphone market and wants to capture some market share with high spec Galaxy with considerably low price.
