Samsung patents reveal Android and Windows running simultaneously

In the past we have already seen devices launching with dual boot Android and Windows OS simultaneously. Well, both Microsoft and Google were against this idea and no device actually got a significant success among the consumers. But now it seems Samsung has actually opted for a different kind of solution.

In South Korea, a patent was published today that reveals Korean giant’s grand ambitions for its upcoming Galaxy flagship. As you can see in image, Samsung wants to run Android and Windows at the same time. In its multi-window mode, both the OSs are running at the same time. The user can also drag and drop files between two platforms. Great, isn’t it?

Furthermore, the processor cores and memory usage can be distributed between two OS.

You can check out following images for a more detailed working system between two OS. If this project actually ends up on Galaxy S8, we sure are in a treat.
